The Postage Service Used will depend on your Order Value, Quantity and Weight:

 - Single Loose Tea items weighing less than 65g will be posted with Royal Mail Economy 2nd Class Large Letter.

For larger orders and dependant on their value, items will be posted fully tracked using either 
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours or Evri Tracked 3-4 days

- Items are dispatched the same day if ordered and paid for before 10 am (Monday to Friday), otherwise dispatched the next day.
- Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery especially if ordering late on Fridays, Weekends or on Bank Holidays.
